This notice describes the current Forma studio. Payments and generation remain unavailable until the site owner configures the external services.

Account and payment information

Forma uses ChatGPT sign-in to identify your account. We store your site-specific account identifier, credit balance, order references and generation history. Your PayPal checkout is linked to your Forma account using an order reference. PayPal handles card information; Forma does not collect or store your card details.

Reference photos and AI processing

Selected photos are resized in your browser. They are sent to the Forma server only when you request a generation, then passed to Replicate and the selected model provider (Google Nano Banana 2). Forma does not store a separate persistent copy of these reference photos. External providers may retain inputs and outputs according to their own policies. Review Replicate’s privacy policy before uploading sensitive images.

Saved portraits

Generated images are stored privately and associated with your account. Only authenticated requests for that account can view or download them. Use Delete in your studio to remove a saved portrait and its generation record. This does not delete copies you downloaded or any copies retained by external providers. Order and credit records are retained for payment reconciliation.

Consent and eligibility

Upload only photos of yourself, and only if you are 18 or older. Consent is required before photos are sent for AI processing. Do not upload photos containing other people.

Other services

The site uses PayPal for payments, Replicate and its model provider for generation, and hosted database and object storage for account data and finished images. Google Fonts may receive connection information when fonts load. No marketing analytics or advertising trackers are included in this version.

Before public launch

The business operator’s identity, privacy contact and account-deletion request channel must be added before the service opens to customers. Purchases remain unavailable until payment setup is completed.
