Start with a clear face, deliberate lighting and a background that keeps the attention on you. A simple jacket or well-fitting shirt usually reads better than distracting patterns. Your expression matters just as much as the outfit.
Prepare photos that give the AI a useful reference
Use recent photos with visible facial detail. Include a front-facing portrait and, if possible, one or two slightly different angles. Avoid group photos, beauty filters, sunglasses and strongly coloured lighting.
Choose the image that represents you honestly
Compare generated portraits with your references. Inspect your eyes, teeth, ears, hairline and glasses. Keep images that preserve your appearance; discard results that change distinctive features.
