A few studio ground rules.

What Forma provides

Forma creates AI-generated portraits from your reference photos. Results may contain inaccuracies. No exact likeness, particular professional outcome or delivery time is guaranteed. Review all portraits before using them.

Packages and credits

Prices are in USD. Packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. One successfully completed generation consumes one credit. Definitively failed or cancelled provider generations return their credit. Uncertain provider submissions are held for review to avoid duplicate charges. An unsatisfactory but technically successful image is not automatically a failed generation.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 and upload photos of yourself that you have permission to process. Do not use the service for impersonation, deceptive credentials, harassment or unlawful content. These images are not intended for passports, identity documents or verification systems.

Payments and support

Payments are processed by PayPal. Keep your payment receipt. Customer support contact details, the business operator’s identity and the purchase refund policy must be finalized before public sales begin. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

AI outputs and deletion

Generated images can be downloaded from your studio. You remain responsible for checking applicable provider terms and the rules of the platform where you use them. Deleted images cannot be recovered through the studio.
